1. Order Processing
All standard orders and Autoship subscription orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Sri Lankan public holidays). We act in good faith to process your orders as rapidly as possible to ensure your pet does not run out of food.
2. Delivery Timelines & Third-Party Couriers
We utilize trusted third-party courier networks to provide island-wide delivery. Our estimated delivery timelines are:

Colombo & Suburbs: Next-day delivery (for orders placed before 12:00 PM).

Nationwide (Outstation): 2 to 5 business days (Typically).
Important Disclaimer Regarding Delays: Please be advised that because we rely on third-party couriers, various uncontrollable factors—such as severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, regional strikes, or localized courier network congestion—can cause deliveries to be delayed. While we will try our absolute best to maintain the stated timelines and advocate on your behalf, these timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Eco Extracts Pvt Ltd cannot be held legally liable for delays that occur once the package is handed over to the courier.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of your package.

Free Delivery: We offer free island-wide delivery on orders on case by case basis.

Autoship Subscribers: Shipping rates remain fixed per your subscription tier unless otherwise notified.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s).
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you at checkout, or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any subsequent redelivery costs. Please double-check your shipping address and contact number during checkout.
6. Contact Us
If your delivery has exceeded the estimated timeline, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf to locate your package as quickly as possible.
