4. Autoship & SEA Subscriptions

By enrolling in our Autoship program, you agree to a recurring billing subscription. You authorize Eco Extracts Pvt Ltd (via our payment gateways) to automatically charge your provided payment method at the frequency you select (e.g., every 4 weeks) for the current price of the item(s) plus applicable shipping and taxes. You can pause, modify, or cancel your Autoship subscription at any time through your customer account portal on canineplus.lk or by contacting our support team at orders@ecox.lk. Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled processing date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Eco Extracts Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The Canine Plus+® name and RawFusion™ technology name are intellectual property of Eco Extracts Pvt Ltd.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
